The Beach Hut: Walk to Parker’s River Beach, Mini Golf in the Backyard

The Beach Hut is a newly renovated Cape Cod home in South Yarmouth. Walk 4 minutes (0.4 mi) to Parker’s River Beach, or 3 minutes to The Skipper Restaurant & Chowder House, which also serves ice cream. Six adult bikes with helmets, plus beach chairs and a beach wagon, are included. Bring your own beach towels.

Inside

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for up to 8 guests (6 adults + 2 kids). The primary bedroom has a king bed. The queen room is small but has a comfortable queen bed and a storage tower. The bunk room has custom built-in bunks with 4 twin mattresses. Every bedroom has its own Roku TV and air conditioning, and brand-new mini splits keep every room comfortable year-round. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove, a dining area with coastal décor, an oversized couch, an electric fireplace, Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Outside

The fully fenced private backyard has a 6-hole mini golf course, patio furniture, sun loungers, a propane grill, a propane fire pit and an outdoor shower. Propane tanks are provided, but guests are responsible for refilling them.

Getting around

A Level 2 EV charger (NEMA 14-50, plug only; bring your own cable) and parking for up to 4 cars. Please use the front stone area for pick-up and drop-off, because the road is narrow.
